If you want to acquire a business,

I know how to find one.

Most buyers in the sub-$25M market are building the acquisition process from scratch. I've run it before — for one of the most prolific acquirers of small businesses in the world. I can help you skip the hard part.

CREDIBILITY

Ran M&A origination for a major acquirer — outbound to founders, PE firms, and operators, with over $1B in active pipeline.

Spent years as a COO inside founder-led businesses. Know what breaks after close because I've been the one to fix it.

Work with buyers building a pipeline and founders preparing to sell. That cross-perspective makes me more useful to both.

M&A Origination

Most deals in this market don't come from bankers. They come from relationships you built two years ago.

Most buyers in the sub-$25M market are building the acquisition process from scratch. I've run it before — for one of the most prolific acquirers of small businesses in the world. I can help you skip the hard part.

That's what I build. A repeatable origination process tailored to what you're looking for, run with the discipline I developed running this machine at scale.

HOW IT WORKS

What this looks like in practice

From first conversation to signed LOI.

01 — Define your acquisition thesis Get specific about what you're looking for — type of business, size, geography, model — so you're not chasing noise.

02 — Map and prioritize targets Build a real universe of companies that fit. Rank them. Know which ones to approach first and why.

03 — Run disciplined outreach Reach founders the way that actually works — direct, not transactional. Build the relationship before you need it.

04 — Qualify and move When something's real, move fast. Evaluate quickly, structure the conversation, and get to LOI without fumbling it.

EXIT PLANNING

If you're thinking about selling, I know exactly what a buyer is going to find.

Founders preparing to exit often don't know what the process will expose until it's too late to fix. I help you see your business the way an acquirer will — and close the gaps before you go to market.

→ Clean up operations and reporting before diligence starts → Build the financial visibility buyers expect to see → Fix what quietly kills deals or compresses multiples → Position the business clearly for the right type of buyer → Stay involved through close so nothing falls apart at the end

ABOUT

I've been the operator, the acquirer, and the person cleaning things up after close.

Most people advising on M&A have seen the process from one side. I've been inside it from several — as a COO running a turnaround, as a BD rep hunting deals for one of the most prolific acquirers of small businesses in the world, and as the operator brought in post-acquisition to make things actually work.

I ran origination outbound to founders, PE firms, and operators — building a pipeline of over $1B in active opportunities. I was ranked at the top of a BD org across a 15,000-person company, and recognized personally by the CEO in my first week for the best start in the organization's history.

Before that, I spent years as a COO in founder-led businesses — running turnarounds, rebuilding teams, fixing delivery, restructuring financials. I know what breaks inside these companies because I've fixed it. That makes me a different kind of advisor when it comes to both finding targets and preparing companies to be acquired.
